A weekly group (Tuesdays from 9:15-12:15) offering social activities, gentle exercise, morning tea and a weekly cooked lunch, practical advice and information, personal support, laughter and fun. Cost is $2 per session (including morning tea) and an additional $5 for lunch (served on a Tuesday). A transport service is available on request for a $3 donation.
